This Basic Hand Held Induction Sealer is lightweight, portable, and seals almost all sizes and styles of caps. It is much more productive than any other hand held system of this type.
The Unifoiler-H Hand Held Induction Sealer is another hand held system which allows your system to “grow” as output production increases. Start out with a hand held Unifoiler unit. Purchase a conveyor style coil and mount as you move towards automation. Use the same power supply, swap the hand held coil for the conveyor coil and you are fully streamlined for conveyor sealing.
The 1KW Unifoiler Cap Sealer comes in four configurations to meet the customer’s exact installation and usage requirements. This Induction Sealer is designed for slow to moderate production runs. Additionally, these induction sealers are specifically designed to gradually move you forward into automated sealing.
The 2KW Unifoiler Induction Sealer is considered the “workhorse of the industry”. This high demand, 2000 watt system is available as a stationary model or a portable model (most popular system). There is even the ability to attach a 6′ conveyor if needed. As the most versatile system we offer, use both a tunnel coil or a universal coil with the same power supply to obtain the ability to seal almost any cap style or size at record breaking line speeds.
The 4-6KW Unifoiler Induction Sealer is the most powerful induction sealer. It is available in both 4000 and 6000 watts.
