The Caps Belt Conveyor is designed for cap transportation, metallic or plastic through the conveyor belts, magnetic belts, blow air system
Cap Distribution Bulk Hopper
The bulk hopper is located near the main cap bin storage, and features a vibrating cap feeding and regulation system that extends from the build hopper to the cap feeder. A large capacity cap bin is located at the operator level for easy loading and gentle product handling.
Discharge and Recovery of Caps
Designed to recover caps after production thanks to a by-pass device activated by pneumatic system.
Cap Feeders
We provide cap feeder machines designed for the feeding purposes of cork caps, aluminum, PVC and more for sorting of the capping machine.
