Our Automatic Inline Cappers place and tighten the cap at speeds up to 200 cpm and come with limited change parts. We offer a variety of automatic capping machines, with each having its own strengths and weaknesses depending on the application.

Types of Automatic Capping Machines Offered

  • Automatic Inline NT Capper
    The Capper NT-IL Automatic Inline is a fully automatic Inline Capping Machine that applies the cap to the container by stripping each cap out of a chute in the path of the moving container and placing them over the mouth of the container
  • Automatic Inline NT – Nema IV Capper
    The Model Capper NT-IL-NEMA4 Automatic Inline – NEMA IV is the electric version of the Automatic Inline NT capping machine. It applies the cap to the container by stripping each cap out of a chute in the path of the moving container and placing them over the mouth of the container
  • Automatic Corrosive Resistant Capper
    The Model Capper NT-IL-CR Automatic Inline – Corrosion Resistant is another fully automatic inline capping machine that applies and torques the cap onto the container as it passes through on a moving conveyor belt

  • Automatic Chuck – Inline Capper
    The Model Capper CH1-PP-IL Automatic Single Head Chuck – Inline Pick & Place is an automatic chuck capper designed for the vertical placement of a threaded cap onto a rigid container. It then torques the cap to a specified application torque. This machine is used for caps that are only be vertically placed on a container
  • Automatic Chuck – Starwheel Capper
    The Model Capper CH1-SP-SW Automatic Single Head Chuck – Starwheel Strip & Place is automatic chuck capper designed for the vertical placement of a threaded cap onto a rigid container. It then torques the cap to a specified application torque. This machine is used for caps that can be stripped off a cap chute near the mouth of the container
  • Automatic Chuck – Starwheel – Pick and Place Capper
    The Model Capper CH1-PP-SW Automatic Single Head Chuck – Starwheel Pick & Place is an automatic chuck capper designed for the vertical placement of a threaded cap onto a rigid container. It then torques the cap to a specified application torque. This machine is used for caps that can only be vertically placed on a container and not stripped off a cap chute
  • Automatic Vertical Placer – Single Head Inline Capper
    The Model Placer V1-PT-IL Automatic Single Head Vertical Placer – Inline
    Automatic is a vertical cap placer designed for only vertically placement of a large threaded cap onto a rigid container. It then starts the cap to a fully seated position on the container. It is not designed to deliver any particular torque specification

    is a two head automatic vertical cap placer designed for the vertical placement of a large threaded cap onto a rigid container. The machine then starts the cap to a fully seated position on the container
  • Automatic Vertical Plugger
    The Model Plugger V1-PT-SW Automatic Single Head Vertical – Starwheel
    Automatic is a plugger designed for the vertical placement of a fitment onto a plug or stopper into the mouth of a container. These fitments and plugs cannot be applied to the container at angles associated with conventional snap capping machines or straight line capping machine
  • Automatic Snap Capper
    The Model Capsnap NT-IL Automatic Snap Capper – Inline is a fully automatic snap capper designed to apply and snap non threaded caps onto containers. This unit is often used for standard “NEPCO” or similar snap caps and over caps used in aerosol packaging operations
  • Automatic Crimp Capper
    The Model Crimper CH1-SP Automatic Crimp Capper is an automatic single head crimp capper designed to crimp an aluminum closure over a stopper. The closure is stripped out of a chute by the moving container and then stops
  • Automatic Crowner Capper
    The Model Crowner CH6 Automatic is an automatic crowner with six head position simultaneously pressing 6 standard 26mm crowns onto glass bottles. Glass bottles are automatically indexed by rows of 6 parallel to the conveyor line
