Pail Denester

The Pail Denester automatically separates pails and places them on a conveyor one at a time. Stacks of pails are manually loaded into a magazine.

• Container Size: 1 Gallon – 7 Gallon
• Output: 25 Containers Per Minute
• Electrical Requirements: 115 VAC ±10%, 60 Hz, 3 Amp and 230/460 VAC 30 Amp
• Pneumatic Requirements: 70 to 100 P.S.I., 3 C.F.M.@ 35 to 105 degrees F
• Options: Automatic Pail Stack Loader, 100% Stainless Steel, Painted Steel

Lid Placer

The Lid Placer automatically places plastic lids onto pails. Features continuous motion and a manual lid magazine.

• Pneumatic Requirements: 70 to 100 P.S.I., 3 C.F.M., @ 35 to 105 degrees F

Automatic Lid Press

The Automatic Lid Press automatically seals pre-placed lids onto pails. It includes height adjustment, floor stand, filter regulator, and 48″ power conveyor.

Features of the Automatic Lid Press

• Container size: 1 – 7 gallon pails
• Output: 10 per minute maximum
• Electrical Requirements: 230/460 VAC 3 Phase
• Pneumatic Requirements: 80 TO 100 P.S.I. – 3 C.F.M.@ 35 to 105 Degrees F

Semi-Automatic Lid Press

The Semi-Automatic Lid Press offers manual positioning and activation with two-hand safety controls. It includes height adjustment, floor mount stand, filter regulator, and 48″ gravity conveyor.

Roll Through Lid Press

The Roll Through Lid Press automatically seals pre-placed lids onto pails. 48″ conveyor drives top and bottom rollers for positive press, adjustable height, safety guards & floor mount stand.
